IS THERE A MINIMUM ORDER SIZE?
No there is no minimum order size, except for promotions that specify a minimum order.
HOW DO I PLACE AN ORDER?
You can call or email us and place your order, or book services. It is recommended that consult with a member of our team, prior to booking our services or products, to ensure your needs are met. Consultations are free.
IS PAYMENT DUE IN FULL?
Only for products $100.00 or less. Also for services, booked less than 2 weeks from the event date,pick-up or delivery.
HOW FAR IN ADVANCE DO i HAVE TO BOOK DECOR SERVICES?
During peak season (May- October), it is recommend you book at least 5 months in advance. Other wise 14 days in advance is o.k.

WHAT IS YOUR CHANGE POLICY?
Rental items can be reduced by 10% up to 3 weeks prior to the event. Rental items can be increased up to 6 weeks prior to event. Without additional charge.
DO YOU OFFER CONSULTATIONS?
Yes Consultations are Free for decor,floral, and rental services.
WHAT ARE YOUR PAYMENT POLICIES?
Decor services a 30% upon booking, additional 30% 6 weeks prior to event, payment due in full 2 weeks prior to the event.
Rental services 20% upon booking, payment due in full 2 weeks prior to event
Floral services under $100.00 payment due in full upon booking,. Other wise 35% deposit upon booking is due and full payment is due 2 weeks prior to event/delivery/pick-up.
